My experience began over 20 years ago when one of my basement walls was bowed-in to such a degree that my kitchen was threatening to fall into the basement.

J&D not only corrected the wall problem but also fixed the problem causing the wall problem. I have had a dry, straight walled basement ever since.

Several weeks ago I called to get instructions for keeping a constant pressure on the support beams. J&D sent a representative, at no cost, to show me and make the initial adjustment.

He arrived on time and performed the requested adjustment. While here he showed me several things that also could use my attention. As a result  I had him install a backup electrical system for my sump pump, installed high pressure hoses on my washer and installed an outside overflow valve for the sump pump in case the drain pipes to the curb became frozen, which happened several years ago.

I have the highest regard for the workmanship of J&D Basement Systems and am willing for them to use my name as a referral for anyone who questions this company's ability to perform services way above the norm.

wonderful repair and restoration of our basement and garage. The end
results are of the highest quality and the work crew (from Project Manager
Wes Martin to Mark Gohring) were efficient, timely and delivered as
promised.

We found there were a couple other issues that arose during this process
which were called to our attention and were repaired to our satisfaction.

I was most pleased with the concrete work done in our garage, driveway and
street apron. Your foreman, Mark Gohring, was most professional with his
work and courteous to us during the process. Needless to say, he is
outstanding in his craft and the results speak for themselves. He takes a
great deal of pride in his work and I would recommend him highly to

I just had to write and tell you... We had our system installed a few years ago (I'm sure it's in your records.) and we've had some pretty heavy rain storms in the past. I've seen it rain so hard that the sump ran every 10 minutes or so. Today it's been raining so long and hard here in Bucyrus that the sump has been cycling every minute for the last several hours! We couldn't be more pleased with the success and efficiency of the system. All that water would still be in our basement if it weren't for your excellent product and installation. We are VERY satisfied customers!
